Rectification of Income Tax Return AY 2020-21

Hi experts

I am not able file a rectification for not allowing Brought forward business loss not allowed . While I am trying to upload the X M L file a n error message is coming the Gross Total Income as per the original return is not matching and In fact there is no such mistake. Kindly advice a solution

You should verify the gross total income of your original return and if there is any mismatch then you might manually fill the income then you should carry forward the losses occurred after that the net income should be arrived.

Thanks for your reply , However , even after careful verification there is no difference was seen. What is the solution to file the rectification return for AY 2020-21
