Rectification of form dir-12
In Form DIR-12 for appointment of director In an existing company a date has been wrongly entered as 30/09/2015 instead of 30/10/2015.
What are the remedies available to rectify this??

Resign him and then re-appoint him else coo\ntact the help desk for solution. other views are solicited.
Whether Resignation can be of any date or on the same date we should resign him and reappoint him and If he will resign on any other date then whether the acts involved by him during the period of appointment and Resignation would be valid or void???

Resign him on same date and then appoint him with the desired date
