My company has filled for registration of charges CHG-1.
Now there are chagnes in the charge deed enclosed with CHG-1.
Kindly let me know the process to register the rectification with MCA.
I suppose we have to fill form CHG-8 as an enclosure with RD-2. Kindly guide.

You have to file modification of charge.
File form CHG-1 - For Modification of charge (File Form CHG-9 in case of modification of charge for Debentures ) together with a copy of the instrument modifying the charge within a period of 30 days of the date of modification of charge . Ensure that correct particulars of modifications are entered as the same shall be displayed in the certificate of modification of charge

you have to file e-form CHG-1 as i have mentioned in my earlier reply.
CHG -8 is required to be filed only in case the omission or mis-statement of any particular with respect to any such charge
In your case there are subsequent changes in charge deed , hence you need to file CHG 1
Dear Sirs,
Please guide me if my client has existing charge of Rs.35 lacs of TL and now this existing charge modified by bank, but instead of modifying existing charge in ROC , we created again Rs.35 lacs charge due to lack of bankers communication. now current status of charge in ROC showing Rs.35 lacs two times.
Can i rectify recent charge created? if yes what is steps ?
