True.. So now matter relating to ratification is not required to be included in notice if AGM
then it is no more ordinary business item.......is it so....???
and if it is then why it is mentioned in section 102 as ordinary item....???

Ordinary Business = ADDA
A = Accounts Adoption
D = Director appointment (who is retiring by rotation)
D = Dividend Declaration
A = Auditor Appointment.
Only ratification of auditor have got omitted. Auditor Appointment still continues to be a ordinary business.
