Rectification error
Dear experts, when I fill rectification ITR, ITR - 1, ERROR SHOW "IF YOUR TOTAL INCOME OF THE ASSESSE IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 2.5, THEN USER IS NOT ALLOWED TO FILE ITR - U. PLEASE SUGGEST.

Quick Summary
You might be selecting section 139(8A) for rectification due to which error occurs. you have to select section 154
But section 154 not showing in filed u/s column
You are using excel utility provided by income tax or any software?
Excel utility download from income tax portal
As it is only rectification please select same section 139(1) or 139(4) as selected at time of uploading of return
But when selecting this & sheet validate error show "IF YOUR TOTAL INCOME OF THE ASSESSE IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 2.5, THEN USER IS NOT ALLOWED TO FILE ITR - U
Rectification error - what notice you hv received.?
selecting section 139(8A) create late fee payable 1000 liability then software create a new line to pay this amount fill challan detail paid by you. then file it.
