Rectification application
I received intimation u/s 143 (1) department has not allowed me credit u/s 80TTA for SB interest.. when I checked my ITR it is showing properly..how should I reply to this...is digital signature is mandatory while filing rectification application?

Digital Signature is not required for rectification.. Submit Request for reprocessing of the file,

YOU SHOULD FILE A REQUESTE FOR REPROCESSING THE FILE .
EVEN AFTER THIS NO SOLUTION, PRINT YOUR IRT , MARK(HIEGHLIGHT) 80 TTA COLUM AND POST TO CPT BANGLORU

Deduction u/s 80TTA is applicable to individual taxpayers and HUF only. This benefit is not available to a firm, an Association of Persons, a Body of Individuals, LLP or Company Assessee.
Applicable from A.Y. 2013-14 Onwards.
