Rectification request u/s. 154 can be applied, but belated ITR cannot be revised.

Which return you want to revise ?...
Belated return can't be revised if it is income tax return..
However belated return can be revised if it is indirect tax return like ST return or excise return etc..

You can't revise belated ITR. Rectification is an only solution.
