Send the xml file to a TRP and ask him to file the same for a year. After that using the acknowledgement number of the return, you would be able to reset the password.

Dear Asim, If u don't have DSC, then file ur return through https://www.taxcloudindia.com without password. After getting acknowledgment no. u can reset ur password using third option. For third option u have to furnish acknowledgment no., date of birth and Bank A/c no.. U will be asked to change e-mail address, change e-mail and password will be sent to ur new e-mail address.

Create an email like an chartered accountants firm .. example sachinassociates..and furnish all details..of the assessee from name as per pan address phone contact.. etc.. and send email to validate etc. they will provide us the password reset..

Same email id is not required...i have generated many passwords...in your case there may have been some other reason...simply write another mail with proper details like address bank account name no etc must match with the Income tax database...they will send you new Password...not by autogenerated mail but manual written mail...in case of any query you may contact me at cayogeshgoel @ gmail.com

If I create an account at www.taxcloudindia.com in my name, can I submit IT return for my client/clients? I d'nt have any idea because I never use this site before.

if they had already filed....again you cant't file. if you try to upload return again the error come if they had already filed. and if they not filed your return is filed and accepted by system. better way you contact to concern person and ask tham thay have filed return or not?
