Recover user name without email ID

Hi Team,

I had a GST number due to non filling got auto cancelled but now I required GST number I tried multiple time for new but got rejected, I don't have user name to login for the purpose of applying for Revocation old gst. Could you please help how I can recover my GST USER Name.
