Can any one help me to get the form for rechecking of inter exam papers under syllabus 2008 in CWA???? and also the procedure for doing the same??

there is no form but
u have to send a wrtten application in details regarding ur exam i.e,
regd no, roll no,papers for revalue,attempt,and also details about ur exam if any
send it to
