Received SCN for GST Registration

Hello I received SCN for GST registration.

"Aadhaar Authentication - Aadhaar Authentication Status - Others (Please specify) - Please Specify - data does not match".

I do not understand what information is sought from me since the Aadhaar Authentication was successfully done.

Kindly guide me  how to reply to this SCN.
