person A filed itr 1 another person (B) and itr processed with refund. but B not paid fees for A then A filed wrong revise return for B and give a notice for demand.
so how to solve this issue please guide me.

You can file rectification for correction of return. Also take legal action against that guy.
Post the demand, rectification of itr is necessary.
Please let us know what kind of notice you received from Income Tax dept.
Notice can be issued for many reason such as defective return, 143 and it clauses etc. Post your notice, Then only, we know who made this mistakes.
If you were looking for a person who charge you less most of the time, you end up with unprofessional. Even if you approach a professional, you should declare all your income and sources. Insufficient documents can lead to notice from AO.
