Received 143(1) by email, but status still shows "successfully everified"

I've received intimation under 143(1) 2 days back for the ITR that I filed on 12/02/2019. It shows 0 tax demand and 0 tax refund. But, the status on efiling website still shows "Successfully eVerified". The SMS shows ITR has been processed. 

Does anyone know when the status changes to "ITR processed no demand no refund" ?

It may take about 8 working days to change the status to  "ITR processed."

Relax...

please wait for some time.
after few days return will be processed.
after three four days return will be procesded.
now days intimation has been issued but return had not been processed in efiling web site.
