Will the Cash & Bank Balance as per Receipts & Payments Account And Balance Sheet both reflect the same balance ?

Yes, the closing cash and bank balance in the Receipts and Payments Account should be exactly the same as the cash and bank balance recorded in the Balance Sheet, as both represent the total liquid cash available to the entity on the closing date of the accounting period.
