The income tax officer not given/allowed rebate u/s 89 in intimation AY 2021-22 admissible to assesses calculated by employer in form 16 of pensioner.The pension released in arrears for the fy 2015-16 onward.Now what should do pl help

Form 10E should have filed before filing ITR .

The form 10E was also not available on that page and I also unable to upload form 10E.

Form 10E has to be filed from income tax website and it is available.Kindly check once

There are many ways to submit the response. First thing you may submit the response.

2nd thing File Form 10E and file rectification
