Rebate u/s 89
As iam working in government institution, in this financial year I received salary arrears for last 5 years I submitted my returns to our DDO, he submitted same Treasury but officers in Treasury won't accept 10 E . pls give suggestions to me what to do to claim 10E.

You will be required to file your ITR online at incometaxefiling site along with form 10E.
