Sir my question is a person make Supplyof goods through government website (not Amazon, Flipkart etc) to another state person.
Which option select in reason to obtain registration:-
Voluntarily registration or Supply make through e commerce portal
He only received order through government website and Supply make through own transportation, full responsibility of supplier.

But sir he make supply through gem.gov.in ( government portal)
so ,what..... its nothing to do with supply through gem
