I HAVE ORIGINAL SHARE CERTIFICATES OF TATA MILLS LTD.,KOHINOOR MILLS LTD.,FINLAY MILLS LTD.(EACH 1 QTY.)
DURING MY SEARCH I HAVE FOUND THAT BEFORE SOME YEARS THESE CO.HAD BEEN TAKEN OVER BY.GOVT.BY PASSING NATIONALISATION ACT 1995.
I HAVE NO CORRESPONDENCE PROOF FOR INFORMING US REGARDING THIS TAKE OVER.
PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER HOW TO PROCEED IN THIS MATTER.

what is exactly do you want to know? whether you want to know what to do with the share certificates? if that is so, then please send the share certificates to the principal office of the company. the company after due verification will make the payment / issue the new share certificate as originaly issued to the share holders of the earst-while company was entitled.
