Re-validation procedure

hello,

I have registered in CA-IPCC in 31st JANUARY 2011.  due to reason i droped the exam, now i want to continue again. As my registration is expired in 2015 ,can i get revaldiated my registration ? kindly suggest me as i want to appear in Nov.2017 examination
