minimum 30 days..........maximum october 15...experienced person.......bt 1st time i received a letter frm icai regarding the letter handwriting..they want the letter as the same manner as we wrote  the xam...................then i send another application .......ny how i received the decision letter saying "no change in marks".......ny how u may give for recounting........may god bless u
