Re-Regiatration of Gst.
Sir I have canceled my gst number by Volunterly. And now if I need Gst number can I re-register?

Sure you can re-register but only if you have filed GSTR 10 after cancelation of your GSTN.

Before cancellation of GST registration you may verify all returns must be filled
Yes @ Ravindra Sir. You can apply for a Fresh GST Registration now. Since you have cancelled it voluntarily, there seems to be no problem.
