Re : F-32

Hello friends my query is the company incorporated in 2005 has not yet filed DIN 3 of its 2 promoter Directors der on 2 additional directors were appointed 2 months after incorporation and since dan company has not filed any Annual filing or F-32 of the additional director. Now the question bcoz the first 2 directors not avvailable and for another 2 additional directors if company takes der DIN can DIN 3 & F-32 can be filed with signatures of the latest directors.
