Re-designation of a WTD as CMD

Dear Sir,

In addition to the already filed forms, You have also to take follwing further action:-

1. Forward the abstract of appointment and remuneration to the members of the company within 21 days of appointment

2. If your company is listed, Inform the Stock exchanges about the appointment

3. File Form 25C

4. Make neccessary entries in the required Statutory Registers.

Very well said by Charu, form 25C has to be filed within 90 days from the date of appopintment.

Form 23

Form 32 for resignation of MD

Form 32 for Appointment of CMD

Form 25C

Stock Exchange Intimation under Clause 30 of the Listing Agreement.

No form required to be filed with ROC for the prpose you've mentioned.
