go for practice manual.........and munish bhandari handbook.......more thn sufficient

Munish bhandari handbook is exam oriented,but if u have enough time for preparation then u can refer deatailed book of munish bhandari sir....Good luck

comprehensive is good......no doubt.....but nt possible to complete and thn revise and a day before exams ...it would frustrate u to a bad extent......

handbook is sufficient to get a decent scoring

i have sufficient time, my attempt is in Nov 13, how much time will it take to go through it completely ? and for revision i can anytime turn to handbook so no issues on that.

even if your attempt is nov'13........i would still say stick to practice manual and handbook.......law is a manageable paper...........comprehensive is really not required........we are nt goin to fight in court before magistrate...........we need to simply reproduce the answers

further,in ca final thr are lot of other papers which require more tym and attention......and trust me law is definately nt one of them...............

so devote ur tym in other papers......this is a theory paper............cant expect a rocking score.......handbook and practice manual can give you on an average 60..........

for company Law refer only "PRACTICE MANUAL" which is in question answer format........

however you can read bare act from munish bhandari's text book....

Handbook is of no use at Final level..........
