Re-appointment of MD and WTD

Yes as per my view both need to be filed because MR 1 is filed on the appointment of KMP & changes among them & DIR 12 filed when appointment of director & changes among them.

Thank you so much for your response, Kindly advise further, my clieny company desnt fall under Section 203. Compulsory appointment of KMP is not applicable to that company, however company is appointing MD, WTD & CS w.e.f 1/4/2017. In this case also do we need to file DIR 12 along with MR-1?

Thank You so much. Yes its a Public Ltd company having share capital of 4.5 Crore. So for appointment of MD & WTD- DIR 12 & MR-1 and for the appointment of CS on DIR-12 we will have to file.

Yes that we filed in September after AGM. Appointment is w.e.f. 1st April, so from today within 30 & 60 days respectively DIR-12 & MR-1 we will have to file right?

Only form MGT 14 will required to be filed in case of reappointment of MD/ WTD.

DIR 12 and MR1 need not to be filed.
