Hi,
I am working in Pvt. co. , we have recently re-appointed Managing director of the Company as his tenure was over.
I understand that I have to file MGT-14, MR-1 , i wanted to know , do i need to file Form DIR-12 for his re-appointment also.
Please confirm .

DIR-12 file in case of appointment, cessation or change in designation. Reappointment is just mere extension in his post. Hence no DIR-12 is required.
