Re appointment of a whole time director

               For appointment of whole tme director, schedule xiii has to be adhered to.

apart from the above schedule other provision such as unwillingness to be reappointed, appontment of somebody else in his place, etc are some of the provisions or disqualifications. Again, you need to pas sr in bm .

For appointing whole time director appointment in purely private limited,  pl. note that it will be governed by AOA therefore just pass the Board Resolution for appointment of WTD and file form 23 and also form 32 with ROC within 30 days. Also, there is no restriction in respect of the period of appointment. The board can fix the period of appointment.
