Rcmc registration

I'm  planning to do online selling through amazon internationally, my products are basically handicraft and paintings.

The handicraft items made from "Mud,Clay,Brass,Wood,Jute,Scrap Materials from machineries " etc. and paintings are basically canvas,potrait with photo bindings using wood frame and glass, i just want to know, whether i need any RCMC for the above products while doing online selling.

My target market place is in USA,Germany,Italy,France,African Countriers etc.

Kindly help and advise whether RCMC is required or not.
