Rcm under transport charges

Dear all,

As per the revised notification under GST act 12.10.2017 GST payable against transport charges under RCM .

We have received transport charges and transportors are unregisterred persons in this case we are liable to GST on RC basis?

are else same as exempted against unregister purchases senario apply this case also?

currently RCM is on transportation of goods through GTA. in this case even GTA is unregistered RCM will apply . for in case purchase from unregistered dealer RCM has been postponed.

i agree with rahul prasad....

gst under rcm is still liable in case of transporter ( URD) and in case of URD to RD for all other case is postponed upto march 2018

@ Prakash mehta ji. now it has been postponed further 3 month that is upto 30th June.

RCM for GTA will remain same, recipient has to bare this. if not clarify . URD for 5000 per day only postponed to june

if you are registered, if you freight the you are liable to pay GST under RCM....

Its my personal opinion if anybody have different view then views are welcome. thanks. Disclaimer: it's not Professional Advice...
