RCM tax have to pay or not in Gstr 4?
In Composition taxpayers, annual return GSTR 4 if we display URD purchase so have to pay tax or not ?

No.... there is no rcm on purchase from URD . Section 9(4) now being applicable only on selected category of person ie Promotor/Developer
