Let i know RCM PAYMENT to be payable seperately or alongwith Gst taxes liability. or adjusted with gst tax liability

RCM cannot be adjust with other input available to you
ok . then rcm payment made on 14.8.2017 against for july RCM bill. then when will claim input . claim in july return or august month return. july month return due on 20th aug. pls clarify
RCM GST of July , paid in August , ITC to be claimed in August return
