RCM on Transportation charge

RCM on Transportation charges is applicable on Sales or Purchases.
Also, at what rate?

It is applicable in all cases when you are paying freight to the transporter.

If you are paying freight to the transporter GTA then RCM will apply except in few cases.

If you are paying freight to the GTA transporter than RCM will apply, whether it's your purchase or sale.
