It is applicable in all cases when you are paying freight to the transporter.
If you are paying freight to the transporter GTA then RCM will apply except in few cases.
If you are paying freight to the GTA transporter than RCM will apply, whether it's your purchase or sale.
Freight paying to unregistered Transporter, RCM payable or not ?
