IT IS 2.5% cgst + 2.5% sgst. The GTA is classified under chapter heading 9967.

If you are registered under GST also GTA is registered then GST is 5%. You ll Pay as RCM.
Then you can get it as ITC...

GTA is charging 12%but Company is liable 5% on RCM basis . Company has no outward supply under GST being in liquor business. 1.can company refuse to payGST to GTA and pay on RCM. 2.Even if co.Pays to GTA it is also liable to pay on RCM. PL reply
