i have received a bill from VRL transport from west Bengal to maharashtra of rs. 19750/- he have mentioned his GST no but not levid any tax . ..
in such case we have to apply RCM or not .if yes than how may percentage ....

it will come you can check the rate igst or sgst , cgst whether 5% or 18%
You ll be pay Tax @ 5%....
Also you can take it as ITC....
