No, I don't think RCM is applicable on TA and DA

Are you talking about Transport Allowance and Dearness Allowance. There is no such RCM on these.

TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE AND DEARNESS ALLOWANCE.
TA DA are paid to the employee on official tour and it s like any type of benifit and not covered under GST
