RCM on Residential property
RCM is applicable on residential property from 18th July if given to RP. is it means all commercial property like shops etc.are under RCM even if landlord is unregistered and receiving rent below threshold limit.

These are all applicable in case all are registered under gst act.
AS per Notification only Rents paid to Residential Houses by Registered Dealers will comes under RCM.
Yes, not commercial property alone, even residential property is rented to a registered person, then GST applicable under RCM
