Quick Summary
The Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) now applies to residential property rentals from 18th July if the property is rented to a registered person. This means GST may be applicable even if the landlord is unregistered and receiving rent below the threshold limit. The notification specifically covers rents paid to residential houses by registered dealers, extending beyond just commercial properties.

These are all applicable in case all are registered under gst act.

AS per Notification only Rents paid to Residential Houses by Registered Dealers will comes under RCM.

Yes, not commercial property alone, even residential property is rented to a registered person, then GST applicable under RCM
