RCM ON RENT PAID ON COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

Dear Sir,
kindly let me know if ren is paid @ 5500/month on commercial property then RCM apply or not after 13.10.2017 as RCM IS ABOLISHED TILL 31.03.2018 ,kindly let mw know under wich section or notifications .

Not applicable as same is covered u/s 9(4) & it is abolished from 31October

what about GTA service fron unregistered its RCM applicable or not after 13.10.2017

As RCM on GTA is attracted through sec 9(3), it is still applicable after 13.10.2017

If GTA service received from unregistered dealet then also you have to pay GST on it.
