Rcm on rent
sir up to Oct we have been puting Rcm on godown rent which is Rs 12500 upto Oct and stopped after that till feb can we do it now in March return pl advice

From 13th October RCM is not applicable for URD related activities. So, No need to pay GST Tax under RCM basis...
Also the Suspended law extended to 30th June 2018.... No need to pay GST Tax under RCM basis from 13th October 2017 to 30th June 2018...

We are taking one Lorry for lease (Lorry in the Name of Wife), leased taken by (husband) seperate separate gstn holders. hUSBAND USES THE LORRY FOR HIS OWN BUSINESS. IS GST APPLICABLE . FOR WHOM AND HOW MUCH % OF GST AND TO WHOM PAYABLE THE GST AMOUNT.
Tranporter (Not a GTA) services are exempted , so no GST ☺️👍
