There was a clause where in if we purchase any goods above 5000 we need to pay gst under RCM whcih was suspended till 31.03.2018. so now gst under rcm needs to be paid if any purchase from URD done above 5000?

The applicability of Reverse Charge has been deferred till 01-07-2018.
RCM again suspended till 30.06.2028

other than RCM on urd, other RCM is still applicable??
