there is a regional office and regional office has many units in various locations within the state. Only regional office has taken GST registration.
now, a unit of regional office is takin legal advocate service then who will pay the GST under RCM? Either Unit itself or regional office. expense is being booked in unit book.

There are statewise GST registration , so the units need to be added as additional branches of the Regional office registrarion in Tamil Nadu, so for Tamil Nadu as a whole, there would be one GST registration and so RCM can be paid from such registration
