RCM on legal fees

dear Sir
if I take the service of advocate of another state not where I am registered. is RCM applicable on this if yes then it will be IGST or CgSt,Sgst
pls advise

Yes RCM is aplicable on advocate services, place of supply will be the place where recipeint is registered, accordingly RCM will be payable.

Yes the POS will be the Recepient place .
hence Sgst/Cgst will be applicable
