RCM ON GTA

I have a question if GTA has already paid the 5% gst under RCM  and same transaction is reflecting in our GSTR2A then what would be the liability on us under RCM on the same transaction.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the Goods Transport Agency (GTA) Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) for GST. If a GTA has paid 5% GST and it appears in your GSTR 2A, you are still liable to pay GST under RCM. GTAs are not permitted to charge GST directly when the recipient is responsible for RCM.

If GTA showing his GSTR 1 return as "Reverse Charge Applicable" then What problem You have...?!

Check Out the GSTR 2A correctly for the rcm option...
You are required to pay in RCM .

GTA is not not allowed to Charge GST 5% when Receptient is liable to Do RCM .

Hence if you have availed the GTA services you are liable do RCM
