Sir, we are hire individuals vehicle for inword or Outward materials, they hve no any type of builty book, we self generate builty, can here applicable RCM on freight if yes then pls explain.

No... RCM not applicable (from 13th October 2017 to 30th June 2018) if the transporter not GTA
No as same is exempted service.
Notification 12 CT (rate) :Transport of Goods by road is exempt if not provided by a GTA or a courier agency.
so where we show in my books of this expenses if don't show in the invoice
