RCM on Freight
Pls clarify rcm on freight deposit if the builty show amount exceed more than 5000 or otherwise less than 5000. can i deposit in this amount of freight ex-15000 on 5% freight charge but i reverse the amount of freight in gstr3b.. pls tell me i am deposit the amount of exceed 5000 which applicable section 9(3) on freight against purchase. always builty more than 5000 a month..

limit for RCM on freight:
Single builty upto 750/- no RCM & upto 1500/- composit builty (means in one builty more then one consignment )

i agree what u said that but my point is every builty rise more than 1500 rcm applied ya 5000 more than rcm applied

ok i again explain that my point is freight charge can raise in which amount applicable to pay rcm charge on every amount of builty ya more than amount of 1500 amount of builty, my point not clear some of person not deposit in amount of builty rise rcm tax 5% but some cases person pay tax on builty 5%
