RCM on Farmer Wood ( khair)

please help me . I confused regarding RCM .
My Question is . I am registered person in Gst .. I purchase wood ( khair ) form no of persons in different village Farmers . And Wood ( khair ) is taxable Item in 18% in gst .. So I confused This is item Under RCM for me Or NoT Please suggestions me

No.... As the wood from Agriculturist do not cover under RCM .

As there is few goods which are being purchased from Agriculturist is under RCM ie Cashew Nuts, Bidi wrapper Leaves, Raw Cotton,Mentha Oil.

& RCM under 9(4) the Inward supply from URD the rcm is attracted only if it is supplied to specified person (Developer) (Notification 7/2019 )
