A promoter purchased 80% from registered dealer towards construction of a project.
1.there is another 5% purchase of Cement from unregistered Supplier.
2.there is another 5% purchase of Capital goods from unregistered Supplier
Please advise is RCM Applicable on on Sl.no 1 & 2
