My query is I have received Audit Fees Bill form CA and CA is not registered under GST due to three sold limit. My Query is i have to pay RCM on Audit fees ???

RCM on unregistered purchase of goods or services is now applicable only for specified list of goods or services, however list is not yet notified hence not applicable.
RCM not required in your case. Section 9(4) of the CGST Act 2017 is now restricted to specified person in specified cases.
Not applicable, however the procurement of goods and services from unregn persons is waived till 30 Sept 2019. Pls revisit the provisions for liability or relief from liability after 30 SEP 2019.

CA services are not liable for RCM as of now u/s 9(3) and section 9(4) is not made fully applicable in view of specified list of tax payers and goods not notified yet.
