I am unregistered individual taken a legal service from advocate which fall under RCM and also invoice issues by advocate not charge gst
but I don't have gst no and I am a Norma individual
may I liable to pay gst

No you are not liable to pay GST if you are unregister.
But if u r taking any such services which is liable for RCM , u are mandate to take registration
