we are dealing in pulses , paying transport charges whether we have liability of RCM in gta

Since GTA of milk, salt, foodgrain, flour and pulses are exempted vide entry 21 of notification 12/2017 central tax (rate) there is no RCM liability.

As per Notification 9 iGST (R) No..... no need to do RCM , the services of GTA in said case is exempted
