Depends on whether you pass both tests. Disqualified if you have a dental problem.

No RCM is applicable supply to Job worker.
RCM is applicable only on services cover under 9(3) & supply to Job worker do not fall under the same
Can you elobrate your query Who is supplying to Job worker & what is being supplied. ??? Because if principal deliver his goods to Jobworker for jobwork can be deliver On Delivery Challan.
